Our commitment
OryzaNet is committed to ensuring that its website and online content are accessible to as many people as possible, including those with disabilities. We aim to provide a positive, inclusive user experience and to make our content easy to navigate, understand, and use.
We work towards meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, where reasonably achievable, and we continually review and improve accessibility across the site.
This statement applies to the OryzaNet website and content published by OryzaNet.
What we are doing to improve accessibility
We aim to ensure that our website:
- Uses clear structure and consistent layouts
- Is written in plain, understandable language
- Can be navigated using a keyboard and assistive technologies
- Provides sufficient colour contrast and readable text
- Supports browser zoom up to 200% without loss of content or functionality
Where appropriate, we also:
- Provide alternative text for meaningful images
- Avoid unnecessary visual clutter
- Use descriptive link text rather than generic labels
- Design forms with clear labels and helpful error messages
Images, media, and documents
- Where possible, videos include captions or transcripts
- We aim to ensure downloadable documents are accessible, though some older PDFs may not yet fully meet accessibility standards
Known limitations
We recognise that some parts of the website may not yet be fully accessible. These may include:
- Older PDF documents that have not been fully formatted for screen readers
- Embedded third-party content (such as external forms or video platforms) that may not fully meet accessibility standards
- Some media content that does not yet have captions or transcripts
We are actively working to address these issues and will prioritise improvements based on user feedback and available resources.
Third-party content
Some pages may link to external websites or include third-party tools that are not managed by OryzaNet. We cannot guarantee the accessibility of third-party content, but we will aim to provide alternative formats or support where possible.
Feedback and contact
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of the OryzaNet website. If you experience any barriers to access or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us:

When reporting an issue, it is helpful to include:
- The page URL
- A brief description of the problem
- Any assistive technology you were using (if applicable)
Continuous improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing process. We regularly review our website using automated tools, manual checks, and user feedback, and we will update this statement as improvements are made.
